Start by sending us an enquiry through the contact form or emailing hello@delusion.studio. We'll schedule a short call to discuss the project, confirm scope and timeline, then send a quote and deposit invoice. Once the deposit is paid, the date is locked.
Yes. We're based in Harare but regularly shoot across Zimbabwe and Southern Africa. For international projects we require travel and accommodation to be covered in addition to the shoot fee. Get in touch and we'll put together a custom quote.
Turnaround depends on the service — portrait sessions are typically 3–5 business days, editorial shoots 5–7, commercial projects 7–10. Rush delivery is available on most services for an additional fee. Post-production-only work is usually 24–48 hours per batch.
It depends on the package. Personal portrait sessions include personal usage rights. Commercial and editorial shoots include commercial usage rights for the agreed platforms and duration. Extended or exclusive licensing is available — we'll discuss this during the briefing process.
Absolutely. Send us reference images, moodboards, or describe the feel you're after. We have our own aesthetic sensibility, but we adapt to client needs — the brief always comes first. We recommend sharing references before the shoot so we can align on set.
Yes. If you need regular content — monthly shoots, ongoing retouching, or a campaign spanning multiple dates — we offer retainer agreements at discounted rates. These are ideal for brands, agencies, and publications with consistent content needs.
We understand things change. Rescheduling with more than 72 hours notice incurs no penalty — we'll find a new date that works. Cancellations within 72 hours of the shoot forfeit the deposit. This protects both parties and accounts for time already invested in pre-production.
Not currently. We are a photography studio and we do it at the highest level we can. We'd rather be exceptional at one thing than average at two. That said, we have trusted collaborators in video production and can refer you if needed.
